When I finished my first Writing Barn Class with Marcie Colleen I learned a lot taking her class. Like chapter books are usually a series and the character never ages. It actually help me determine that one of the manuscripts I am working on is another Middle Grade. I started a new idea with the help of my six year old son. We had an idea for a story about gum balls. So, now I'm creating a story and a world where a nine year old enters a gumboil machine and goes on adventures with the gum balls. Each one helps the boy learn how to cope at a new school and a whole new state. I can't wait to finish it and I also now have a chapter book critique group. So, I have been constantly busy with my PB's, MG and now chapter book. Hopefully, I can give everyone a peak in the future.
